Having just returned from Colorado where Louann and I were working on staging The New Covenant , it is a goodtime to be sharing with you our vision for Worship Arts at Heritage!

By now you have heard that in April 2015 we will be mounting the production, which spans the story of the Bible from Abraham to Jesus, at the Fort Smith Center for Performing Arts. This effort will require scores of volunteers both on the stage and behind the scenes, and you are welcome to take part! What a fantastic opportunity to share the Gospel through the arts, and also expand our outreach into Fort Smith as never before.

2015 will truly be an international year for Heritage Worship.

Guest artists from Nashville to Norway will join us for The New Covenant, and then in late summer, we will be welcoming Worship Leader Robin Mark from Belfast to the River Valley. Robin was at the forefront of a revival in the late 90's which swept Northern Ireland and reached around the globe. You will be touched by his down to earth humility, and his passion to lead others into the presence of the Lord.

Throughout the year, and a little closer to home, we are going to be utilizing the facility that John Poole has been developing on his beautiful property for some good ol' down home Gospel Singings, fellowship and worship under the stars.

These will be good opportunities for you to invite friends and neighbors to a casual event and enjoy local musical talent. It’s going to be great! The "main event" of the year, however, will be the presence of the King of Kings in our weekly worship celebrations. This must continue to be our focus-worship that touches the heart of God, and draws people into a passionate relationship with Him!

Blessed to serve at Heritage!
